| The Company has acquired 20% interest in Global Mineral Investments LLC, ("GMI") a private U.S. based corporation that has secured 4 gold mining concessions (the "GMI Concessions") in the Sanquin Mining Zone, Sinoe County in the Republic of Liberia. The Company and GMI have entered into an agreement wherein the Company has agreed to provided GMI with $445,000.000 to fund GMI's planned dredging operations (the "Dredging Operations") in those portions of the Upper Tartweh River that flow through the GMI Concessions. Venga will be managing all aspects related to the financial affairs of the Dredging Operations for which it will be receiving an annual financial management fee.

| The Co., in Nov. of 06, acquired a 30% equity interest in a U.S. based joint venture, the 3DP North America Joint Venture, which intends to provide a range of advanced&unique 3D graphic products&print services for both commercial&consumer customers. The Co's aerospace division was in dev. of a full scale, composite jet aircraft known as the TG-10 Brushfire when in 1998 a prototype of the aircraft was destroyed in a fire. Further dev. of the Co's Brushfire aircraft program has been held in abeyance until funding for the program can be secured. In Sept. 2005, the Co. made a formal proposal to the Cdn government to provide replacement aircraft for the Cdn Armed Forces' famed Snowbirds aerial demonstration squadron. As a consequence of the delays in receiving a positive response from the Cdn authorities to its proposal, the Co. in July of 07 announced that it was holding its Snowbirds' aircraft replacement prog. in abeyance until receipt of a positive response from the Cdn. government.
