| News Release August 26, 2014 -VMS Ventures Inc. is a mineral exploration, development and mining company currently in partnership with Hudbay Minerals. VMS has a 30% interest in the Reed Mine which is operated by Hudbay Minerals and is located near Flin Flon, Manitoba. The Reed Mine achieved Commercial production on April 1, 2014. In addition, VMS Ventures holds and is exploring a large prospective property package in Manitoba for new deposits similar to the Reed.
The company also owns 22% of North American Nickel Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NAN) which is at present conducting a major exploration and drill program at its 100% held nickel-copper-cobalt PGE property in southwest Greenland.
