Further to TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated December 21, 2007, the British Columbia Securities Commissions has advised TSX Venture Exchange that the Cease Trade Order issued against the Company has now been revoked. The Company has also met TSX Venture Exchange requirements to be reinstated for trading.
Effective at the opening Wednesday, August 12, 2009, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company (CUSIP 40273N 10 5).
