TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 3,000,000 bonus warrants to Sprott Asset Management LP in consideration of a loan for USD$7,000,000. Each warrant will be exercisable for a period of three years with an exercise price of $0.40 for the first year and $0.50 for the final two years.
