TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an Option Agreement (the "Agreement") dated July 26, 2010, between Western Troy Capital Resources Inc. (the "Company") and Match Capital Resources Corporation (the "Purchaser"), whereby the Purchaser may acquire up to a 50% interest in 41 staked mining claims (the "Property"), located in the Schefferville/Labrador Trough area of Quebec.
As consideration for the 50% interest, the Purchaser is required to incur CDN$250,000 of exploration expenditures on or before July 1, 2012.
