TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to five (5) share purchase agreements (together, the "Agreements"), between the Company, a non-arm's length party (Robert Cudney) and certain arm's length parties (together with Robert Cudney, the "Vendors"). Pursuant to the Agreements, the Company acquired an additional 6.8% ownership interest in Juno Corp. (the "Target"), not already owned by the Company. On closing, the Company holds an approximately 23.6% ownership interest in the Target.
As consideration for the acquisition, the Company issued an aggregate of 3,725,848 Class A restricted voting shares of the Company to the Vendors.
