In accordance with the Company's March 7, 2025 announcement regarding the divestment of its ownership interest in FoodsUp Inc., the Company has declared the following distributions:
Distribution per Share: One (1) preferred share, series A of the Company for each common share of the Company ("Common Share") held.
Payable Date: August 20, 2025
Record Date: August 13, 2025
Ex-Distribution Date: August 21, 2025
Due Bill Period August 13, 2025, to August 20, 2025, inclusively
Due Bill Redemption Date: August 21, 2025
Trades that are executed during the Due Bill Period will be identified to ensure purchasers of the Common Shares receive the distribution outlined above. For further information, please refer to the Company's news releases dated March 7, 2025, and May 21, 2025.
