New Expiry Date of Warrants: February 28, 2027
Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.35 (unchanged)
These underlying warrants were issued upon the partial conversion of $100,000 of the $625,000 principal amount convertible debentures, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective March 8, 2023.
