Further to the TSX Venture Exchange ('TSXV') Bulletin dated January 27, 2017 and the Company's press release dated January 31, 2017, effective at the close of business on Monday, December 4, 2017, the common shares of Fantasy Aces Daily Fantasy Sports Corp. (the "Company") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange as a result of the Company's failure to maintain Exchange Requirements.
