TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Asset Purchase Agreement dated December 01, 2017 between E3 Metals Corp. and Fathom Minerals Ltd. whereby the Company has acquired a 100% interest in the Bashaw Permits located near Red Deer Alberta. Consideration is $35,000 cash and 350,000 common shares. 150,000 shares are subject to a 12 month resale restriction.
