Effective at the open of trading on Thursday, April 30, 2015, the common shares of Estrella Gold Corporation (the "Company") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company. The Company has completed a Plan of Arrangement with Tarsis Resources Ltd ("Tarsis"), whereby Tarsis has acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
