TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 10,400 common shares at a deemed price of $1.25, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the months of January and February 2018 pursuant to an agreement dated January 1, 2018.
The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
