TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 2,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share in addition to a cash payment of $100,000 (Australian Dollars) to settle an arbitration proceeding in connection to a dispute over $722,073 of fees for technical services.
Number of Creditors: 1 Creditor
The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
