TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a letter of intent dated April 26, 2016 between the Company and Minera MyMinerals Limitada (the "Vendor") whereby the Company will acquire all rights in an existing option agreement between the Vendor and Virtud Minerals SpA under which the Vendor has the exclusive option to acquire a 100% royalty-free interest in 8 exploration concessions covering approximately a 2,000 hectare portion of the Salar de Aguas Callientes located 320km from the port of Antofagasta, Chile in consideration of US$2,150,000 and 100,000 common shares.
