TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a letter of intent dated March 1, 2017 between the Company and Atacama Lithium Chile SpA whereby the Company may acquire the exploration mining concessions referred to as the Ascotan, Piedra Parada, Huasco, Lijia, and Siglia projects totallying 10,500 hectares in northern Chili in consideration of US$8,000,000 and 8,000,000 common shares payable over 28 months.
