Effective at the opening, Tuesday, April 2, 2013, the common shares of Alternative Earth Resources Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Nevada Geothermal Power Inc. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Geothermal Energy Development' company.
