TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Purchase and Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") made as of September 15, 2014, between GPM Metals Inc. (the "Company") and an arm's length party (the "Vendor"), whereby the Company has acquired a 100% interest in a certain exploration concession (the "Pasco Gold Property"), located in Huachon, Province of Pasco, Department of Pasco, Peru.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will make an aggregate cash payment of US$16,750 and issue 50,000 common shares to the Vendor.
