CORRECTION
Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated August 17, 2015, the Bulletin should have read as follows:
TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to a Court approved plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") between Mapan Energy Ltd. (the "Company") and Tourmaline Oil Corp. ("Tourmaline") and pursuant an arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement"). Approval of the Arrangement was obtained from holders ("Mapan Shareholders") of common shares of the Company ("Shares") at Special Meeting of Mapan Shareholders held August 14, 2015. Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, Mapan Shareholders will receive 0.0379 of a Tourmaline common share for each Share held.
Effective at the close of business Monday, August 17, 2015, the common shares of the Company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange.
