Effective at the close of business October 1, 2008, the common shares of Radiant Resources Inc. will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from Tiomin Resources Inc. purchasing 100% of the Company's shares pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement dated July 14, 2008. Radiant Resources Inc. shareholders will receive one share of Tiomin Resources Inc. for every share held.
