The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted documentation in connection with a property and sale agreement dated November 18, 2015 (the "Agreement") between Reva Resources Corp. ("Reva") and Remington Resources Inc. ("Remington"). Under the Agreement Remington has agreed to sell its 50% interest in its Mineral Hill property, located in southwestern British Columbia (the "Property"), to Reva. As consideration, Reva will pay $150,000 cash to Remington.
