TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated May 08, 2018 between Grosvenor Resource Corporation and Ken Ellerbeck whereby the Company will acquire a 100% interest in the Powder Property located north of Kamloops in British Columbia. Consideration is $7,500 cash and 50,000 shares. The Vendor will retain a Net Smelter Return Royalty of 2%.
