TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated April 9, 2017, between Photon Control Inc. (the 'Company') and Photon Control R&D Ltd., pursuant to which the Company will acquire certain inventory, equipment and intangible assets. The purchase price for the inventory and equipment is $770,000 and for the intangible assets, 4.25% of the gross revenues from the sale of certain assets will be paid for a period of five years.
