TSX Venture Exchange Inc. has accepted for filing a subscription agreement dated February 11, 2014 (the "Agreement") between Bowmore Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") and Global Resources Investment Trust plc ("GRIT"), an investment trust registered in England and Wales and listed on the London Stock Exchange's main market. Under the Agreement the Company acquired 518,246 ordinary shares (the "GRIT Shares") in the capital of GRIT at a deemed price of #1.00 per GRIT Share in exchange for 6,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of CDN$0.16 per common share.
A finder's fee of 31,094 GRIT Shares was paid to Finao Advisory Corp.
