TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated February 19, 2018, between Albert Mining Inc. (the "Company") and an arm's length party (the "Vendor"), whereby the Company has acquired a 100% interest in nine (9) mineral titles (the "Lac Guillaume Property"), located 30 kilometers west of Shefferville, Quebec.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will issue 150,000 common shares at a deemed value of $0.075 per share and grant a 1% NSR to the Vendor as consideration.
