TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a memorandum of understanding dated April 21, 2016 (the 'Agreement') between the Company and the Flying Post First Nation and Mattagami First Nation. The Agreement outlines various measures agreed to between the parties in relation to the ongoing development of the Company's West Keefer property. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company will issue 50,000 shares and 50,000 warrants to the Mattagami First Nation. The warrants will be exercisable at $0.07 for five years.
