TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Mining Option Agreement dated September 10, 2017 between Kapuskasing Gold Corp. (the Company) and Tom McLennon and Michael McLennon (the Vendors) whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in the Daniels Harbour Zinc Property located approximately 10km northeast of Daniels Harbour, Newfoundland. Consideration is $60,000 cash, 1,750,000 common shares and $100,000 in work commitments over a two year period. The Vendor retains a 3% NSR with the Company having the right to purchase 2% for $2,000,000.
