Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, the common shares of Manicouagan Minerals Inc. will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company.
The common shares of the Murchison Minerals Ltd. (the resulting issuer of a business combination between Manicouagan Minerals Inc. and Flemish Gold Corp.) will be admitted to trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "MUR" at the opening of business on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
