TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") accepts for filing documentation pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement, dated May 6, 2016 between a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Zedcor Energy Services Corp. ("Zedcor") and Summit Start Energy Services Inc. ("Summit Star").
As per the terms of the Agreement, the company has agreed to purchase all of the business and assets of Summit Star. In consideration for the transaction, the Company has paid $750,000, which was funded by the issuance of 1,713,318 common shares of the Company, based on the volume weighted trading average price of the common shares over the 30 days prior to and including May 5, 2016.
