Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated May 3, 2017, the Exchange has accepted an amendment with respect to a Shares for Debt arrangement announced May 3, 2018:
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the issuance of Common Shares of the Company ("Shares") for the settlement of $125,000 to be paid on a monthly basis relating to a guarantee on a Loan with Maybridge Capital, provided by Mr. Dean Swanberg.
