SMC Ventures Inc. ("SMC") announced on July 16, 2016 that it will not be proceeding with its letter of intent (the "LOI"), dated December 19, 2014, between SMC and OWaste 2 Energy Canada Ltd. The LOI was initially announced January 8, 2015.
Effective at the open, Wednesday, November 23, 2016, the common shares of SMC will resume trading.
