Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated December 19, 2005, effective at the close of business September 18, 2006 the common shares of the Company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the board of directors of the Company, as the common shares of the Company have been conditionally approved for listing on CNQ.
