Effective at the close of business November 29, 2018, the common shares of Marquee Energy Ltd. ("Marquee") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from Prairie Provident Resources ("Prairie") purchasing 100% of the Company's shares pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement. The Company's shareholders will receive 0.0886 shares of Prairie for every Marquee share held.
