TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the Company that pursuant to a Notice of Intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid dated November 25, 2013, it may repurchase for cancellation, up to 8,616,902 shares in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of TSX Venture Exchange during the period December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2014. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. on behalf of the Company.
