Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. (the "Company") has announced it will offer to shareholders of record on April 18, 2016, rights to purchase common shares of the Company (the "Rights"). One (1) Right will be issued for each share held. 2.6652 Rights and $0.30 are required to purchase one common share. The expiry date for the Rights Offering is May 16, 2016. As at April 8, 2016, the Company had 115,513,539 shares issued and outstanding.
Effective at the opening, April 14, 2016, the shares of the Company will trade Ex-Rights and the Rights will commence trading at that time on a 'when-issued basis'. The Company is classified as a ' Precious Metals Exploration and Development' company.
