Effective at the opening, Wednesday, January 28, 2015, the Company's CUSIP numbers have been changed from 30703P101 to 30703R107 for the common shares, and from 30703PAA9 to 30703RAA5 for the convertible debentures. The ISIN is now CA30703R1073 for the common shares and CA3070RAA55 for the convertible debentures. The change in CUSIP is a result of the Company's vertical amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary, Remco Memorials Ltd. There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its trading symbol and no consolidation of capital. The Company is classified as a 'Cemeteries and Crematoria' company.
