Effective at the close of business on Thursday, July 3, 2008, the common shares of Aurea Mining Inc. will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from Newstrike Capital Inc. acquiring 100% of the Company's shares pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement dated June 25, 2008 whereby shareholders will receive one share of Newstrike for every 5.5 shares held.
