TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 2,599,999 bonus warrants to the following insiders in consideration of loans totaling $1,950,000 with an annual interest rate of 12% and a maturity of the later of June 30, 2016 and two business days after the date on which the Company conducts an equity financing. The warrants are exercisable at $0.75 per share for a period of one year.
