TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an offer to settle outstanding mortgage indebtness (the "Offer") dated June 7, 2012, between Lexor Management Inc. (the "Offeror") and All in West! Capital Corporation (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Offer, the Offeror shall acquire the Days Inn Hinton from the Company in consideration for the settlement of the outstanding mortgage indebtedness owed to the Offeror in the amount of $4,224,888, subject to standard closing adjustments.
