TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Loan Agreement dated May 22, 2015 between the Company and certain arm's length parties whereby the Company will receive a loan facility in the aggregate amount of ?3,757,000. The loan has a term of one year and bears interest at a rate of 15% per annum. A finder's fee of ?175,000 and 250,000 warrants exercisable at a price of CDN$0.085 for a one year period is payable to Altostrata Energy Limited.
