Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated November 4, 2013 with respect to the private placement of 2,286,000 units (of which 1,208,000 are flow-through), the terms are clarified as follows
Warrants: 1,078,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,078,000 shares at $0.10 per share for a four year period.
1,208,000 flow-through warrants to purchase 1,208,000 shares at $0.10 per share for a two year period.
Finder's Fee: Wolverton Securities Ltd. - $700 and 14,000 B Warrants that are exercisable into common shares for a two year period, not a one year period.
The rest of the bulletin remains unchanged.
