TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 420,000 common share purchase warrants settle outstanding debts of $40,000 in relation to advisory services provided in connection with the settlement on previous long term loans. The warrants are exercisable until September 1, 2019, and have an exercise price of $0.45.
