Warrant Exercise Price: $0.40 for an 18 month period. The warrants have an acceleration clause such that should the common shares trade at a closing price greater than $0.60 per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days at any time after 12 months from closing, then the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to the 20th day after notice is given by the Company.
