TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Share Subscription Agreement dated April 10, 2017 between Mezzi Holdings Inc. (the Company) and Mekenix Commerce Inc. (the Vendor) whereby the Company may acquire a 51% interest in the Vendor. Consideration is 7,650,000 common shares and up to US$300,000 cash dependent upon perfomance milestones.
