TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") accepts for filing documentation pursuant to a Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") between the Company, and an Argentinian subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc.
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company will acquire the Martha mine, flotation mill, equipment and buildings for US$2.7 Million.
The terms for payment provide for US$1.2 Million due at closing, plus approximately US$400,000 in taxes, with the balance of US$1.5 Million payable at 365 days after closing.
