Warrant Exercise Price: $0.15 for a five year period
Finder's Fee: Echelon Wealth Partners receive $2,450 and 24,500 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of $0.15 per share for a five year period.
Mackie Research Capital Corporation receives $350 and 3,500 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of $0.15 per share for a five year period
Canaccord Genuity Corp. receives 70,000 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of $0.15 per share for a five year period
Pursuant to Corporate Finance Policy 4.1, Section 1.11(d), the Company issued a news release announcing the closing of the second tranche of the private placement on July 29, 2016.
