Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated December 15, 2015, the following details are corrected:
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "APA") dated October 7, 2015 between Christopher G. Linscott, as received for the assets of Nord Resources Corporation (the "Receiver") and Excelsior Mining JCM Inc, a wholly owned Arizona subsidiary of the Company.
All other details in the bulletin remain unchanged.
