Effective at the opening Monday, February 22, 2010, the common shares of Cliffmont Resources Ltd. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Atlas Minerals Inc. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Mineral Exploration/Development' company.
