Further to the bulletins dated April 16, 2014, January 29, 2015 and October 5, 2015, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an amendment to warrants issued pursuant to the private placements consisting of 1,600,000 post-consolidation shares, 12,967,500 shares and a combined 14,816,000 share purchase warrants:
Warrants: 14,816,000 share purchase warrants
Current Warrant Exercise Terms: $0.05 per share in Year 1, $0.10 in Year 2 and $0.15 in Year until January 28, 2018
Amendment: Until the close of business on Friday, October 16, 2015, each warrant is exercisable for one share and one additional non-transferable warrant to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.05 until October 16, 2018. If not exercised on or before the close of business on October 16, 2018, the warrants will continue to be exercisable under the Current Warrant Exercise Terms until expiry.
The remainder of the bulletins are unchanged.
