Further to the bulletin dated October 6, 2015, the warrant exercise incentive program will be extended to October 30, 2015 as follows:
Warrants: 14,816,000 share purchase warrants
Current Warrant Exercise Terms: $0.05 per share in Year 1, $0.10 in Year 2 and $0.15 in Year until January 28, 2018
Amendment: Until the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2015, each warrant is exercisable for one share and one additional non-transferable warrant to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.05 until October 16, 2018. If not exercised on or before the close of business on October 16, 2018, the warrants will continue to be exercisable under the Current Warrant Exercise Terms until expiry.
The remainder of the bulletin is unchanged.
