TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated June 13, 2017 between the Company, San Marco Resources Mexico, S.A. de C.V. and Mineral P?nasquito S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. whereby Mineral P?nasquito S.A. de C.V. has acquired the La Pinta 06 concession located in Zacatecas, Mexico. Consideration is $4,090,545 MXN (USD$225,000). The Company will be granted a 1% net smelter return royalty on future production from the concession.
